Following terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods on

It is easy, fast and secure to purchase goods on We are an online shop and are open 24 hours a day. To be able to shop with us you must be aged 18 or more and have a valid credit or debit card, which we accept. If you are under the age of 18 you can shop if you have the acceptance of a guardian or possess any other legal right to purchase.

Once you are done browsing the website and have placed the products you wish to purchase in the cart, you finish your purchase by clicking the 'go to cart'-icon, where you need to confirm the ordered products. Next step is then to inform us your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and payment information. All information will be treated confidentially. If you accept the use of cookies and have made a purchase with us earlier this information will already be filled out. Make sure that all information is correct, approve our general terms and finally confirm the purchase. An email with your order details will be sent to you. This is not binding, since we accept no liability for errors and must first make sure that your goods are actually in stock. Should the unlikely happen that we can not deliver the desired goods or if an error occurs, you will be contacted via email.





All prices shown on are in NOK, Norwegian Crown including VAT. 

The Danish VAT will be deducted in the checkout for orders shipping to an address in Norway.

However, you may be subject to import duties and Norwegian VAT, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

3D SECURE uses 3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code), which is a new and common safety standard for international payment cards online. The standard is developed by Visa and MasterCard. In short it means: a higher security for online payments.

When paying for your products online with a credit card you will be asked following information:
•  Card number
•  Expiration date
•  Check digits

You will then be asked to enter your Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code to validate your purchase. If you have not previously created a code, you will get the opportunity to do this in connection with the acquisition.

If you're experiencing any problems with the verification of your payment we kindly ask you to contact your bank.


Read more about 3D Secure abides by the law concerning certain means of payment. This means, among other things, that the card information you enter on the payment page occurs on a secure encrypted connection, which ensures that only our payment institution has access to your payment information.

The payment for your purchase will be deducted from your account when the goods are sent to you. The amount can never be larger than the one you approved in connection with your purchase.

According to the Consumer Agreement Act you have the right without justification to cancel your purchase from within 14 days of receipt. When you shop online at, we extend your right, so you have 30 days to cancel. The 30 days count from the day you have received the goods. If you want to undo an item purchased in our shop, you can advise us by letter, email or telephone.

The cancellation deadline is met if you notify us before the 30 days have expired. If you contact us, it is important that you can tell us your order number. It makes it a lot easier for us to assist you. Your goods must be returned to us within 7 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase. We pay your return postage if you use the shipping label we sent to you. If you choose another solution it is at your own expense.

We will refund the amount as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we have received your message saying you want to cancel the purchase. We transfer the amount to the credit card used when purchasing the product. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods back. Note that you are liable for a possible deterioration of the product value if the impairment is as a result from the handling of the product unnecessary to establish the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way the product works. This happens if the product is impaired, such as:

•  You have taken the product in use.
•  You have handled the product in an unnecessary manner to establish the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way the product works.
•  Missing or damaged original packaging may result in decreased product value. Remember to always keep the packaging until you know whether or not you want to return the product.
•  We do not accept items that are returned by cash on delivery. Returning of items is at own risk. Remember to return the goods in protective packaging. You can not cancel the order by merely refusing to receive the shipment.

When you shop at

•  You always get free standard shipping

•  You do not pay for return (we send you a return label – just in case).
•  You have 30 days to return your products.

All purchases made from, are shipped by parcel post courier (UPS, DHL). We Track & Trace your shipping to make sure it is okay. If your shipment is delayed, please contact customer service.
If the package has visible damages, please report it and inform us immediately.

We normally ship to Norway within 3-5 business days and worldwide within 4-10 business days.


If you by mistake have informed us an incorrect address or if you do not pick up your package on time it will be returned to us. Of course, we will send it back to you, but we do not pay for shipping.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Copenhagen Watch Group has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Copenhagen Watch Group cannot predict their amount. Copenhagen Watch Group advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.





Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act. This means that you have a 2 year warranty from date of delivery. Depending on the specific situation you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product, loss of the product or the like. The warranty does not cover damage of the strap, glass or crown. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you notice us as soon as possible. A complaint within 2 months after the fault was discovered are always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund the shipping costs. If it is not justified you must bear all costs of transport, including the costs for the return of the goods after the investigation. Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and do not forget to save the receipt for the shipment. You have the responsibility of the package until we have received it. So; keep the postal receipt incl. information on freight costs and tracking number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or the like.

I henhold til kjøpsloven har du rett til å kansellere kjøpet fra innen 14 dager etter du har mottatt varen. Når du handler hos er fristen utvidet slik at du har 30 dager på å kansellere. De 30 dagene telles fra den dagen du mottok varene. Dersom du vil angre på en vare fra vår butikk kan du kontakte oss via brev, e-post eller telefon.

Angreretten gjelder så lenge du kontakter oss før de 30 dagene har gått. Dersom du kontakter oss er det viktig at du gir oss bestillingsnummeret, da er det mye lettere for oss å hjelpe. Varene må sendes til oss innen syv dager etter du har kansellert kjøpet. Vi betaler returen om du bruker returseddelen vi sendte til deg. Dersom du returnerer varen på en annen måte må du selv betale for dette.

Vi refunderer beløpet så snart vi kan, og ikke senere enn 14 dager etter vi har fått beskjed om kanselleringen. Vi overfører beløpet til kortet som ble brukt under kjøpet. Vi kan holde tilbake betalingen til vi har mottatt varene. Legg merke til at du er ansvarlig for eventuelle forringelse av produktets verdi, dersom den ikke sendes tilbake i den standen den kom og i originalforpakningen. Dette gjelder i følgende tilfeller:

•  Du har brukt produktet.
•  Du har brukt produktet på en annen måte enn nødvendig for å bekrefte at produktet fungerer som det skal og har de egenskapene som forventes.
•  Du returerer varen uten, eller med skader på orginalforpakningen. Husk å ta vare på orginalforpakningen til du vet om du skal beholde eller returnere produktet.
•  Vi aksepterer ikke varer som returneres via postoppkrav. Retur av varen skjer på egen risiko. Husk å sende varene i en sikker forpakning. Du kan ikke kansellere bestillingen ved å ikke ta i mot forsendelsen.

Når du handler hos

•  Får du alltid fri frakt på klokker. (Frakt vil bli belastet på reservedele, remme og kjeder)

•  Må du ikke betale for retur (vi sender deg en returseddel i tilfelle).
•  Får du 30 dagers angrerett.

Alle kjøp fra sendes som pakkepost med kurer (UPS, DHL). Vi sporer sendingen slik at vi vet det går bra. Dersom forsendingen er forsinket, vennligst kontakt kundeservice. 

Om forsendingen har synlige skader ber vi deg melde fra om dette til oss umiddelbart.

Vi leverer normalt i Norge innen 3-5 arbeidsdager.

Dersom du ved en feiltakelse har oppgitt feil adresse, eller om du ikke henter forsendingen i tide, vil den sendes tilbake til oss. Vi sender den gjerne tilbake, men da på din bekostning.

Merk at bestillinger sendt til en adresse utenfor EU kan være underlagt importavgifter og skatter som belastes når forsendelsen når adressen. Du er ansvarlig for betaling av slike skatter og avgifter. Det skal bemerkes at Copenhagen Watch Group ikke har noen innflytelse på disse honorarene, og siden de varierer fra land til land, kan Copenhagen Watch Group ikke si noe om beløpet på forhånd. Vi anbefaler at du kontakter de lokale tollmyndighetene for mer informasjon.

Kjøpet ditt dekkes av kjøpsloven. Dette betyr at du har en to års garanti fra leveringsdagen. Avhengig av situasjonen kan du få det defekte produktet reparert, erstattet med ny og feilfri vare, refundert eller få en reduksjon i prisen. Det er selvfølgelig et krav at klagen er berettiget og at mangelen ikke oppstår grunnet feil bruk av produktet, tap av produktet eller lignende. Garantien dekker ikke skade på klockarmband, glass eller krone. Du må klage innen rimelig tid etter du har oppdaget feilen. Vi anbefaler deg at du gir oss beskjed så fort som mulig. Dersom du klager innen to måneder etter feilen ble oppdaget anser vi det som rimelig tid.

Dersom klagen er berettiget vil vi refundere fraktkostnadene. Dersom det ikke er berettiget må du selv betale alle transportkostnadene, dette inkludere også retur av varen etter den har blitt vurdert. Husk at produktet alltid må være forsvarlig pakket og ta vare på kvitteringen for forsendelsen. Du er ansvarlig for pakken frem til vi har mottatt den. Så: ta vare på kvitteringen, informasjon om fraktkostnader og sporingsnummeret. Merk deg at vi ikke tar i mot pakker som sendes via postoppkrav eller lignende.
